What Mental Health Experts Are Saying
With a relatable voice and no unnecessary jargon, it achieves what many teen-focused materials often miss: translating core principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) into clear, actionable tools that feel relevant and accessible.

Andrea Zeballos
Behavioral Psychotherapist
With deep empathy and clinical wisdom, it weaves together the science of cognitive behavioral therapy, emotional intelligence, and lived experience into a gentle, guiding light for young readers.

Kashmaila Gulzar
Clinical Psychologist
The book's greatest strength lies in its warm, conversational tone that validates teen experiences without condescension. Complex CBT concepts are broken down into jargon-free language that feels genuinely accessible rather than clinical.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
The Person Behind the Pages

Hi, I'm Ethan Wells.
Growing up, I had to find my own ways of working through difficult emotions and making sense of what I was feeling. Over time, I found simple strategies that helped, and those experiences stayed with me. They eventually inspired The Teens’ Guide to Navigate Emotions, which I created to help teens better understand themselves and discover what works for them.
When I’m not writing, you’ll usually find me out on a hike, trying a new recipe, or getting lost in a good book. I hope this workbook gives teens useful tools, a better understanding of themselves, and a little more confidence when difficult moments come along.
